Tai Chi is often described as ‘meditation in motion.’ In our private sessions at Tula, you’ll learn this gentle martial art one-on-one with a trained practitioner. We use a series of slow, deliberate movements combined with focused breathing to improve your strength, stability, and mental clarity. It’s especially beneficial for older adults, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking for a moving mindfulness practice.
