Sarah Rudge, PT, DPT is dedicated to helping people of all ages and pronouns optimize their pelvic health, discover freedom through mindful movement and return to things they love to do. Her treatments include a blend of manual therapy techniques, functional movement retraining, physical yoga postures, breathwork and mindfulness activities. She also believes education is key to ensure that patients fully understand their conditions and treatment plans. She is committed to seeing and understanding her patients as a whole and providing holistic and meaningful care.
She received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Ithaca College and continues her pelvic education with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. Her interest in pelvic health began with discovering that many patients with chronic low back pain had dysfunction with their pelvic health muscles as well. She has now found her passion working with patients to alleviate pelvic health dysfunction.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys roller blading, running, and baking sourdough. She is also an active member of North Brooklyn Mutual Aide. She believes food and community play an integral role in health and wellness and an even bigger role in healing.
