Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

ACL reconstruction recovery typically takes 9–12 months. Our physical therapists follow evidence-based, phase-progressive protocols — working closely with your surgeon from HSS, NYU Langone, Mount Sinai, or any referring physician — to guide you through each stage of recovery.

Return to Sport

We use objective testing criteria — not just time since surgery — to determine when you're ready to return to your sport. This approach significantly reduces re-injury rates.
