Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a welcoming, beginner-friendly class designed to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being through gentle yoga-inspired movement. Using the support of a chair, students will explore simple stretches, breathing exercises, seated and standing postures, and mindful movement patterns that help build strength, stability, and confidence in everyday activities. The class is designed to be accessible for all levels and offers a supportive environment to move at your own pace while enjoying the benefits of increased energy, relaxation, and community connection.
